From 1990 he was at the College of Central Lancashire for eleven years, the place he was Head of Department of Languages and Worldwide Studies, and Faculty Project Development Manager. Doug took up the submit of Programme Director at the Leadership Foundation for Larger Schooling on 1 January 2013.
